Jonathan "John" Murphy is a major character in the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh seasons, after appearing as a recurring character in the first and second seasons. He is portrayed by starring cast member Richard Harmon and debuts in the series premiere. Murphy is part of the original 100 juvenile delinquents from the Ark.
